Question 1

How does project pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Pay-as-you-go is $50 for up to 200 uploaded plan sheets, then $25 for each additional 200 sheets or part. There is no sheet cap and every uploaded sheet is reviewed. The exact total is shown before payment. One free project is intended for each verified unique contractor license, but ReadyRFQ does not yet have an authoritative license-verification source, so free eligibility is unavailable until one is connected.

Question 2

What is included in the monthly plans?

Accepted Answer

The $200 plan includes 10 projects each billing month and covers lighting and gear scopes only; additional projects are $30 each. The $300 plan includes 20 projects across all scopes, then $25 per extra project. The $400 plan includes 30 projects across all scopes, then $25 per extra project. Each plan also adds $25 for every additional 200 sheets or part on a project. One plan covers unlimited company users, unused projects do not roll over, and the owner can cancel anytime.

Question 3

How are sheets counted?

Accepted Answer

ReadyRFQ counts pages from the plan PDFs you upload and shows the combined total before payment. Every uploaded plan sheet is reviewed. Specifications are required for the project but do not change the plan-sheet count.

Question 4

When does work start?

Accepted Answer

A project that requires payment stays out of the work queue until the Polsia-managed checkout confirms payment. Monthly projects within the plan allowance can enter the queue without a separate project charge; sheet overages and projects beyond the allowance are shown before checkout.

Question 5

What if my project has scopes outside lighting and gear?

Accepted Answer

The $200 plan is limited to lighting and gear. If a project includes another scope, the workspace asks the company owner to choose the $300 or $400 all-scopes plan before the project can be submitted under the monthly plan.

Question 6

Are prices different for electrical and general contractor accounts?

Accepted Answer

No. Electrical and general contractor accounts use the same project prices, plan limits, sheet fees, and license-based eligibility rules.

Question 7

Who prepares the RFQs, and when will I receive them?

Accepted Answer

At launch, the founder manually prepares RFQs from the plans and specifications you submit. RFQs are delivered within 24 hours.

Question 8

What should I submit?

Accepted Answer

Submit the plans and specifications for the project. ReadyRFQ’s work is limited to the project documents you submit.

Question 9

Can I claim the license-based free project now?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. ReadyRFQ records the license number supplied with a project, but no authoritative license-verification source is connected. The number is not treated as verified and does not unlock a free project.

Question 10

How are my project documents handled?

Accepted Answer

ReadyRFQ treats documents you submit as confidential and uses them only to prepare RFQs for that project. ReadyRFQ does not recommend or select distributors. You decide which RFQs to send.

Question 11

Do I need to review each RFQ?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You are responsible for checking every RFQ against your project requirements before sending it to vendors. ReadyRFQ does not guarantee accuracy or completeness.

Question 12

What is ReadyRFQ’s liability for a project?

Accepted Answer

ReadyRFQ’s liability for a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
