Terms of Service

ReadyRFQ’s work for a project is limited to the project documents you submit. Documents and requirements that you do not submit are outside the scope of the RFQ. At launch, the founder manually prepares each project’s RFQs and returns them within 24 hours.

ReadyRFQ treats submitted project documents as confidential and uses them only to prepare RFQs for that project. ReadyRFQ does not send source documents to distributors.

You are responsible for checking each RFQ against the project requirements before sending it to a vendor. ReadyRFQ does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of an RFQ.

ReadyRFQ does not recommend or select distributors. You decide which vendors receive each RFQ and make your own purchasing decisions.

Pay-as-you-go projects cost $50 for up to 200 uploaded plan sheets, plus $25 for each additional 200 sheets or part. There is no sheet-count price cap, and every uploaded plan sheet is reviewed. The exact total is calculated from uploaded PDFs and shown before payment. Specifications are required but do not add to the plan-sheet count.

Monthly company plans are $200 for 10 projects, limited to lighting and gear scopes, with $30 for each additional project; $300 for 20 projects across all scopes, then $25 per additional project; or $400 for 30 projects across all scopes, then $25 per additional project. Each monthly project also adds $25 for each additional 200 plan sheets or part. One plan covers unlimited users in a company. Unused projects do not roll over. The company owner can manage billing and cancel anytime through the Polsia-managed billing portal. Electrical and general contractor accounts use the same pricing and eligibility rules.

One free project is intended for each verified unique contractor license number. ReadyRFQ does not currently have an authoritative license-verification source, so license numbers supplied with a request are recorded but are not verified and cannot qualify a project for free service. Projects that require payment do not enter the work queue until payment succeeds. The ReadyRFQ owner must complete Setup payments in Polsia before charges can be accepted.

ReadyRFQ’s liability for a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
